Eisenhower lost the I-AA title game to Long Beach Poly and thus will be on the road today.  Clovis West won the Central Section title for the umpteenth time, and they have the advantage with the home court and some of the most hostile (aka or "supportive", depending on your perspective) fans on the face of the planet.   Here are the rosters:

No. 3 Long Beach Poly v. Loyola @ Long Beach City College, 8:00 p.m.

Poly won the CIF-SS I-AA title and Loyola is the I-A champion.  Great rivalry between these two schools, usually in football, but this promises to be one of the better games tonight, especially if you're in the Los Angeles metropolitan  region..... Here are the rosters:

No. 2 Fairfax @ Carlsbad HS, 7:30 p.m.

Fairfax is the No. 2 seed, but because the CIF-State playoffs award the home game to section champs, Carlsbad is the host team and the Lions will be traveling.   Another great game, in fact the only game in D-I if you're in San Diego.... Carlsbad has Stockapler and Nelson, and Fairfax has Burns and a whole cast of well-known players.   Should be interesting.  Here are the rosters:

Fairfax Lions   Carlsbad Lancers
3 Joshua Shipp 6'-5" So. G/F 00 Greg Pashby 6'-3" Sr. F
