Stanford junior Casey Jacobsen, the Pac-10's leading scorer this season, has declared for the NBA draft.

Jacobsen, however, also said he will not sign with an agent, leaving open the possibility that he'll return to the Cardinal for his senior season.

Jacobsen's teammate, junior Curtis Borchardt, is expected to follow Jacobsen's lead. Both players, according to NBA scouts, are expected to be taken in the first round.

The deadline for underclassmen to declare for the June 26 draft is May 12. They have until June 19 to remove their names from selection.

Jacobsen, a 6-foot-6 swingman, averaged 22 points per game in the conference. The Cardinal finished 20-10 overall and in a four-way tie for second in the Pac-10 at 12-6.

Stanford, an eighth seed in the NCAA Tournament, was eliminated by Kansas in the second round of the Midwest Regional 86-63. Jacobsen scored 24 points in the loss.

Borchardt had 17 double-doubles this season for the Cardinal and led the Pac-10 in rebounding (11.4 per game).
