Chad Bickley Named Associate
Head Coach At CHC--(May 14, 2002)

As most know, we have an affinity for reporting small-school HS news, so we're happy to pass this one along:  Former Hesperia Christian HS head Coach Chad Bickley, who also holds the California State record for most three pointers in a game (can't recall the exact number, but it's astounding), has resigned as varsity boy's coach to return to his alma mater, Christian Heritage College as the head assistant coach. Chad was head coach at HCS for the past three years and took the team to CIF playoffs the last two years including their quarter final finish this year against state champion Price. Chad returns to the school he graduated from in 1999 and where he held several national three-point records for NAIA.  Hesperia Christian has been interviewing potential coaches including Lester Simpson, who coached HCS to fifteen Christian League championships in the 80's and 90's.
