Some Final ABCD Stats--Top 50
Rebounders

Here are the names of the top 50 rebounders at the ABCD Camp held a week ago during the first NCAA "evaluation" period. The list actually goes 56 deep because there were a couple of players who tied at 5 rebounds per game, and we just decided to cut it off at a minimum average of 5 rpg. Also, be aware that in the scheme of ABCD's stat world, offensive rebounds count for a little more than do defensive rebounds in terms of the mathematical formula used to compile player ratings.
We are not aware of any comparable stats which were kept at the Nike Camp, so don't bother asking, because we don't have them. These stats were compiled by a professional statistics service retained by adidas, so if you have a problem with them, contact adidas, not us.
As reported previously, David Burgess led the camp in rebounds, outpacing everyone else by a wide margin. Robert Swift finished in 10th or 11th place depending on how you count the two players above him who tied at 8.25 average rebounds per game. Also from SoCal joining Burgess and Swift in the top 56 rebounders was former SoCal player Martin Iti (now of Winchendon, MA), Trevor Ariza, Ekene Ibekwe, Sylvester Seay, and Marcus Dove.
