SoCalHoops HS Top 20
Division IV-A--
(Jan 2, 2002)

We don't have time for notes explaining why we picked who we picked, but we've seen virtually every team in this division, some multiple times, and we believe the following picks are pretty fair and accurate.  League season begins this week for most teams, and as the next third of the season is concluded, we'll begin to find out who will have what it takes to win a section title.  Have fun.....
